Hey brother, i got the same set. And i agree with you on the grommets. The solution i came up with was buying some stainless steel D shackles from lowes or home depot. I got the 5/16 size and they are perfect.
I just bought a 5 pack of carabiner set on Amazon for like 12 bucks attached it to the actual mag grip to basically attach the the carabiner on my pull down so basically carabiner to carabiner and it’s made my life so much easier because switching them off was a pain in the ass especially for fast swap.
Buy bigger carabiners. Problem solved
You'll definitely need to get a bigger carabiner.
These QUICKLY went out of stock too! They look like great quality for the price. I just wish I could by a larger and smaller one, for cheaper

If you had to do it over again would you still go with these over mag grips? Or would you save the extra $200 and get the mag grips for the variation on the medium grips?
Just get a couple extra carabiners and leave them on

These or balance form from amazon ? Both are the same price.
I went with the Prime Fitness RO-T8 bar and KAZ handles. Gives me every grip option and length you can think of.
What hooks are you using for the mag grips?
I just bought these. Walmart had a sale for $69 shipped. Can't wait to get them and try them out.
