We should probably focus more on reinforcing the fullbacks. At the moment if Chilwell or James gets any long term injury, their backup just doesn't offer as much in terms of the physicality. We should sign at least one more fullback that's really fast and strong.

I know this sounds outrageous, but why not go for Ronaldo? We need a striker that has full confidence in himself, that is clinical and knows where the back of the net is, and is consistent. CR7 would not only do wonders for our PR and media, but he will help improve the youngsters and show them exactly what they need to be doing to get to the highest level. He would cost below 100m and could easily play another 2 seasons at the top – he is currently the leading goal scorer in Seri A ahead of Lukaku. It is obvious he needs to leave Juve, so why not tempt him to come to Chelsea. I don’t see us being able to sign any of Halland Lukaku or Kane, so I don’t want us signing some stop gap replacement. We need a world class striker up front and if we can’t get any of them three then I don’t see a better choice than bringing in CR7.
