      To everyone here questioning the legitimacy of the penalty, there is so much I can tell you but ill just stick to this: I wish you were Iranian or that you could stand in our shoes for a moment and see the number of times our team was cheated, the number of times they deserved a penalty and didn't get one, the number of times they were truly injured without the referee's acknowledgement, not just in this game but in all the games they played this year in the World Cup. Sit in our seats and feel what it feels like to suffer bias and racism from the whole world, not for what you have done, but for what your government has done to you and to others. We didn't want to win, we just wanted to make our people happy, and we did, penalty or not. Thanks for your time. It's really saddening to see the death of sportsmanship and competitive spirit at the hands of hatred and racism. Have a nice day.

      It's either Portugal and Spain are highly overrated or Iran is just tremendously underrated! Get a feeling these guys got alot to say, and gonna be heavy weights in soccer's future! …

      Ahahahahahaha! I love how Iranians are bitching here saying that "they fought to a draw with european champions". Funny how Portugal goes form lucky bastards that won the euro with no talent to European Champions! So salty!
      Keep bitching and victimizing yourselves that the ref was on Portugal's side. I bet that helps you sleep at night. The cruel reality is…at the end of the day Portugal scored one of the most beautiful trivela goals in the Cup, and you had to cry for a penalty from a spineless ref. So much for you "hardly fought draw". Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahhahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!
