      Miss conceptions about Gallagher
      1) not good on the ball
      That depends on where he gets the ball, he is not the man who would risk the team by losing the ball and that is down to him not understanding the role of a number 6 and as he usually receives the ball back to goal and tight to his man and he would never risk a counter attack by attempting a risky pass or pass to someone who has little room to work with making him a horrible 10 especially against the low block. However higher up the pitch and out wide he benefits from having his marker tight to him and security as he is a combination of strength, agility and acceleration which he uses to dribble and and take players on as he doesn't have much skill making him an above average dribbler. He also has a ridiculously good finish inside 25 yards but not very good at beating the keeper 1-1.
      2) He only runs around and makes tackles
      Actually that's is something that he shines the most because of how shambolic our defence is. Gallagher is an offensive player with strong defensive attributes and a sense of responsibility. He is good at taking defenders on, finishing, positioning and crossing. He sucks at driven balls, finding space and progressing play from deep, which are important attributes for playing as a 6. Enzo, Livia and Caseido excel on those fronts making.
      3) Gallagher has no vision and can't pass
      The is 20% true as he doesn't pass to someone who is standing still without room to work with. To receive a Gallagher pass you have to be unmarked or moving away from your marker. The reason for this is because his passes are always spining unless they are on the ground. It also explains why his crosses are so good. He can spot players who have lost their markers of players running into the box or into space
      4) He is a liability against low blocks
      Depends, if he is allowed to shoot or receives inside the box than no but if you expect him to be the one that makes the pass to unlock the box he is not the guy since everyone is likely to be marked unless someone is running into the box
      5) He doesn't suit possession play
      Depends on the role he is given. If he is the playmaker that it won't work as He is not well established at moving in to good space to receive the ball but behind the press or out wide where he can use is physical attributes and won't fill the pressure of keeping the ball he tends to shine. He is also very good at keeping the team on the front foot with his reading of the situation, danger and opportunity when he is off the ball. He is a reactive player and being a playmaker requires proactive he will act appropriately once he realises what someone who is initiating an attack is trying to do weather it's a space to pass to or someone making a run. Hance he is batter off supporting the play.
      6) Not good enough for Chelsea
      You can compare him to the rest of the squad but from my opinion, this is down to him being scrappy and not possessing any natural talent. Everything he has as a player is down to hard work and compromise rather than natural talent. His dribbling for example is just him either using his threat to throw players around, changing direction or changing peace. No body feints, no step overs and no touch turns. It's all down to using his physique rather than skill. He is a hardworker with a bit of brains and a sense responsible player, which makes up for his lack of talent. Hance was the reason he made a decent captain, but that is my option of why he is good enough but you can disagree

      wtf, he is our most reliable defensive player. Why not sell all those useless defenders instead except Trevor he showed his quality at the end of the season but the problem with most English players are that they only play for a contract renewable after that they become cheeks again

      All the idiot Spurs fans who say Gallagher wasn't good enough when he's in the top 5 in europe for retrieving the ball as in ball recovery and for stealing the ball from opponents. He's got the best engine in europe and can play multiple positions. He scores goals and creates assists.

      Corner reminds me of Park Ji-sung. Is there a midfielder like Gallagher from Chelsea who is good at defense, active, and has good connection with the range of attack? I think I made the wrong choice
