      Very nice looking axe. I would be interested to know how it performs compared to my carving axe, which has a thinner wedge and closer to a 25 degree edge. Maybe it depends on the type of wood you're cutting into, that Wayfarer does look like it would perform much better for more general camp tasks too though, so quite versatile.

      Thank you Sir! My axes, tools and knives, spoons and leather craft are a result of living between Japan, Austria and Northern Ontario for the last 15 years, learning and teaching. Striving to put out the best and most longlasting craft I can.

      What a beautiful handle on that Wayfarer! I have 2 bowl gouges from the same forge and I can confirmed that the heat treatment is spot on. As for Woodsman Finest, I am a fan. Is Triple C method video on YouTube is simply the best that exist to learn how to carve a spoon(IMHO). Thanks for sharing and helping a young craftsman who deserves it.

      Not a ding on Woodsmans Finest, but if Liam Hoffman put out one of those axes I'd be all over it! Gotta go with American made if I can. So spit in Liam's ear for me, WC, maybe he'll start punchin em out.

      I'm not an axe, hatchet or tomahawk guy, but those are awesome. I know one of those blanks behind you have to be a future Jr Woodsman in O1 with my name on it.
