ビエリクは故郷のクラブ、グルニク・コニンでサッカーを始め、2012年にレフ・ポズナンのスカウトに見出され、その後同クラブの育成アカデミーに加入した。彼は2014年初めにこのクラブでポーランドU-17選手権で優勝した。[1] しかし、2014年7月、ビエリクはレッヒの最大のライバル、レギア・ワルシャワに8,800ポンド（5万ズウォティ）で加入した。[2][3] 8月24日、コロナ・キェルツェ戦でエクストラクラサデビューを果たした。[4]
2015年初め、アーセナルはビエリクとレギア・ワルシャワと270万ポンドの契約で合意したと伝えられている。[5] 1月21日、アーセナルはポーランド人ミッドフィールダーとのビエリク契約を完了し、規制手続きの対象となる非公開の料金で署名した。[6]

Really good touches,passes,dribbling and tackling seems like a complete midefielder but he's a bit slow but thats ok for a playmaker kinda schwenstiger play style
