  1. Wonderfully helpful, when I get my M40A5 replica later in the year I was set on doing it off the target by using a gridded target and math. Stupid me, forgetting the PMII will have mildot scales on it and the .1mr adjustments (which it sounds yours is not the MOA adjustment?).

Long range precision shooting with scopes is all new to me (hands on), so I'm trying to soak up some visual aids as the manuals for the scopes and other bits leave much to be desired in practice.

At least I can get ballpark with some high quality 7.62 before I get my reloading setup and workup the load I have planned (and when materials actually become available).

    Thank you!

  2. I got two of these through work recently. They are the military versions. Both of them once I zero the scope will not make a full revolution, they stop at 11.2 mils. Have you heard of this before as a common problem with SB? Or have you heard that this is to military spec ?

  3. Are you running the Terminator brake? Looks like it in the video. Have two of the Terminator brakes. One on my 338 and another on a 300 prc. They sure do the work to keep the felt recoil down quite a bit!! Love them And awesome video brother!

  4. Hi Chris, I am new at this, but I have a question. I have sighted in my S&B PMII 5×25 x56). Then I unscrew the two hexes on the turrets and set them to zero. I must have different conditions today, but I had to turn my elevation down. However, because I was at zero and S&B only allowed a few tenth of a mil past zero downward, I could not correct it. What is the right approach to be able to turn down when conditions change after you set your turret to zero?

  5. Thanks for the detailed instruction on zeroing the S&B PM-II. I recently bought a used one and was getting confused by the owners manual and markings on the windage turret.
