  1. Those jumps would be great holding a light kettle bell. Also you keep your eyes down on those lunges to keep your back straight and take the pressure off your spine. As for the various push up they are doing, their form and range of movement could be improved through doing unweighted and Barbel front squats and Ohps (over head presses) ref Mark Rippetoe at Starting Strength).
