I've been following him quite a bit in recent years, and he is really talented. Has very high potential, if he gains his confidence back you will see what he is capable of. I think Koeman is a good manager for him.
I have not heard much of this player, but what I do know is that Koeman is one of the best managers who is knowledgeable of what his team needs. Point being this will be a player he needs, and will become an interesting part of a good team.
As a Serbian, and as someone who really admire Filip, I would like to say couple of things about him. First of all, his prime position is offensive midfielder (AMC for FM fans :)), but he can also play on both sides, and even as a striker. He has excellent technical skills, very good passing and creativity. While he was at Herenveen, he was probably one of the best players in Holland. Main reason he never got a chance in SLB is because they changed their tactics, from 4-2-3-1, to some version of 4-4-2, so they didn't need offensive midfielder anymore. Anyway, if he manages to adapt quickly (I'm sure Tadić will help him a lot), he can really add something good to the team. Hopefully he will prove his class, and in summer sing new contract. 😉 Fićo, Dule, samo hrabro verujemo u vas momci!
I know this player! I used to always buy him on FIFA 14 even on FIFA 15! He has a great potential, he is fast, he is technically very good! Not that great physically but I hope he will make a progress in Southampton as this club kinda fits him to be honest. I really do see this guy in Southampton for a long long time.
