  1. Jerry Dipoto is not a smart guy. He’s an idiot who tricks people into thinking he’s smart. He was fucking awful in Anaheim and lucked into the postseason in Seattle.

Seattle should have easily won the division last year. They didn’t. What did they do they correct the issue? Signed guys from the bargain bin and then expect them to be incredible.

  2. As an Orioles fan. We didn’t do very great with our trades and additions, but we still have Coby mayo and I heard that Jackson Holiday got bigger and hits tanks.

  3. The Astros couldn't pay Tucker the 4-500M he is going to get, they also gave Bregman a fair offer, Boston way overpaid. Yeah, this season doesn't look very good but the future with Smith is way better. Bad take. I grade GiraffeNeck an F on this take.

  4. I feel like it’s not fair to hold Burns leaving Baltimore against them. Burns had his mind set that he wasn’t going to sign on the east coast and wanted to play near his home in Arizona

  5. As a Yankees fan I wish the Yankees would have traded Marcus stroman this off-season and a true third baseman so that way jazz can play his true position which is second base

  6. So I think you were a little bit harsh on the pirates TP is going to be a great addition, and you also don't understand what they're trying to do they are looking to fill out openings that they have on the roster they are not looking to sign Superstar level players because they already have their Superstars Pittsburgh is also a notoriously small market and always has been it is very hard to get top-level talent to come there and play even back in 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 back when we were winning we didn't have top-level talent we developed some guys, we had some what the f*** signings like AJ Burnett and Francisco Liriano that actually turned out really good, but you need to remember that the pirates are looking for a pete Alonzo, they are looking for somebody that can remain in the organization for the next 3 to 5 years. Top level players would never go to Pittsburgh anyways because all they might have their is being the spokesperson for number one Cochran car dealerships or something like that it's not a huge market with a lot of sponsorship dollars. You have to remember the pirates already have Superstars they weren't looking to add Superstars that were looking to fill holes until other people in AAA are ready to come up

  7. “Yankees get a B+ for not brining back Juan Soto” yet also failing to realise if we brought him back we wouldn’t have signed anyone else.

Bellinger is a better overall fit than Soto was imo and can help Judge move back to his favoured position, we vastly improved the bullpen, Devin Williams is one of the best closers in baseball (huge upgrade from Cardiac Clay), Cruz is an underrated pickup, and Loasiga is very low risk. Goldschmidt is like a more advanced version of Anthony Rizzo, great in the field and a good contact bat. And I haven’t even mentioned Max Fried, who if he returns to his form from a couple of years ago, we have a nasty starting rotation.

Plus can’t wait to see the huge pressure Juan
Soto has on him when he is “THE guy” in Queens this season, knowing teams will target him so much more, because he doesn’t have someone like Judge coming up right after him. Mets got Juan Soto and Clay Holmes, literally got the sloppy seconds 😂Lowkey I think Yankees get an A+ for the offseason and Mets get a C (Soto is a good player just don’t think he’ll live up to the hype) but they showed why they’re still the B team in New York

  8. Everybody keeps talking about how bad the AL Central is. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there was 3 playoff teams out of there last year, right??

  9. In my opinion as a O's fan I think your grade of a D is wrong. I would give them a C+ to a B, and this is why. While they did not make a huge splash and pay dearly for another pitcher was that they have arguably one of the best in baseball Kyle Bradish on his way back later this year. They have Zach Eflin and Grayson Rodriguez at the top. They have Sugano and Morton in the middle along with Dean Kremer and lets not forget Suarez as well. While the back end of that rotation may not look shiny and new to most it will be definitely be effacement enough to assist the Offense and Defense on this team and it's current roster. I didn't even mention Cade Povich and Chaynce McDermott. Two young O's pitchers who will contribute this year. And the Mountain is back this year.

  10. As much as everyone craps on the AL central, they almost had four playoff teams. And all 3 of the teams that did make it went at least to the ALDS, AL CENTRAL PRIDE BABY

  11. I was shocked at first when you said Carlos Santana replacement was close in value exchange for losing Naylor. Naylor of course in the last 2 years has much better offense but factoring in defense Santa has a 5.2 WAR vs Naylor's 3.9 WAR for the past 2 years. My worry is the Guardians are desparate for offense.

  12. You're insanely wrong giving the Royals a D. They traded Singer for India. They needed a leadoff hitter and gave up a guy who only throws 2 pitches and got peak value for him. Singer will struggle in Cincinnati. They upgraded their bullpen, which was bad until about mid-August last year. And their starting rotation is as good as anyone in the central. Top to bottom they're the best team in the central.

  13. I think you under graded the Rangers moves this offseason. At least a B+ if not an A-. The offense just got improved with Burger and Pederson. The BP is now stronger too. IMHO

  14. Stop with all that Soto love. If the Yankees resign him, they don’t sign any of these other players. Soto had a great year, last year. He wasn’t anything in San Diego and the Mets paid way too much for him. Don’t be shocked if he starts getting hurt

  15. As a Cubs fan, putting us at an A is quite a stretch I think. Yeah Kyle Tucker is a huge get but if they don’t get an extension done (which there’s no chance in hell they do), then it was a waste. The cubs completely whiffed on Bregman, Sasaki, and Tanner Scott because of their cheap owners. The cubs lineup from top to bottom is not postseason caliber at all.
