Silva was quality considering how his early career was so tragic, he retired for multiple years due to illness, was let go by multiple clubs upon his return and came back to be 1 of the best in the world however Lucio at inter was an absolute beast and him vs silva is a fair debate, I’d probably edge it to Lucio because of nostalgia and how good that inter side was but I think both go into an all time Brazil XI although tbh there’s not much competition there for centre back it’s probably historically been brazils weakest area alongside goalkeeper up until the last decade or so.

He was the first Brazilian ever to lift the world cup trophy and he has a statue outside the Estadio do Marcana. Still nobody has heard of him😢.
