Whatever happens, Manchester United's medical department needs a huge restructure because the rehab setbacks to both Malacia and Martinez could and should have been avoided with better medical advice and preparation.
The one department that was below-par, even BEFORE the Glazers bought the club, was the fitness department. As a United supporter since 1996/1997, the only time when we got the rub of the green fitness-wise was, no suprise, during our most successful seasons under Fergie were (not sure about 1993/1994 and 1995/1996 – I was not supporting, yet) : 1998/99 (Treble-winning season), 2006/2007 (wrestled the league title from "that Chelsea squad"), 2007/2008 (got the Community Shield/Premier League/Champions League), and in 2008/2009 (Community Shield/Club World Cup/League Cup/Premier League, and CL Final).
So overall, players like David May, Jesper Blomqvist, Ronny Johnsen, Wes Brown, John O'Shea, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Louis Saha, Owen Hargreaves, Michael Owen, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Luke Shaw, Anthony Martial, Paul Pogba (who had to rely on his own fitness team at some point) and Edinson Cavani, were definitely not helped by the fitness people at United, if anything, their situations were made worse here.
The only player that got a contract tailor-made to his injury record was Michael Owen, who signed as a free agent from Newcastle, on a pay-as-you-play deal, which we should have done with more players, or better still, not signed some of them. Hopefully, Sir Jim & Co do upgrade the whole place.
Two seasons and when he returns another long term injury now be 3seasons and still salary is being spread out like no joke !! that's why owning football club make sure NO disease in your body since you can die soon spending to non income humans .
After the Casemiro story I think this is gonna start an investigation by the club of the medical staff. It's been going on for years and is unbelievable.
It has also been reported that Casemiro who was initially passed fit by the medical staff has not been cleared to play by his own doctor on the basis of risking a major hamstring injury. The medical staff is beyond Incompetent.
The whole medical staff needs to be sacked now we need to look at other cardio sports like rugby for our medical team because we need a new perspective
I reckon that he has had surgery, done rehab, got injured during rehab, further surgery, rehab again (around january), and then somehow the medical staff have messed up and he needs to do another surgery. Man united need a full makeover of the club because this stuff is not acceptable, no other clubs have had players missing like malacia.
Finally, MUFC fans starting to fully dig into issues at the club. Been saying for years that one of Woodwards biggest failings was not to evaluate every department post Fergie and get rid of or upgrade personnel, procedures or performance for every single department at that club.
Martinez – Told he was fit at the start of the season, plays through pain killers and ice his foot coming off. Injury gets worse.
Casemiro- No problem with hamstring, plays, injury gets worse. Instead of playing when cleared a second time, a previous specialist finds a "small injury"
Shaw – Cleared to play vs Luton and small injury gets worse.
Malacia – Cleared to return to training and suffers a setback.
Even if concrete evidence didnt exist, theres enough of a pattern to show the incompetency of the medical staff and "its only a small injury, no biggie"
Preventing injuries is something cannot be done by one individual. Ideally, it needs to be managed by Ten Hag, people scheduling the pre-season and travelling to and from away games, the medical staff that studies each player's profile individually and the physios.
It might seem like a minor thing to everyone else but i think the weather in Manchester Has a serious part to play when it comes to recovery. I think City have put things in place to combat that but not United.
This is what is meant by a complete overhaul! Not only does half of the current team need to be sold, but wholesale changers in medical and backroom staff need to take place. United is rotten to the core. They need to rebuild from scratch!
Glad you clarified this conundrum. You're right, it is a joke. Tarot cards have better accuracy than our Med team. I kept wondering why we got rid off Raguilon, who covered the position fairly. Thanks Sam, always a pleasure watching tour channel mate.

Feel bad for regulion he went on loan to Brentford after going back to Tottenham
bro i swear he was like an accomplice of quincy promes and is in prison right now💀
Someone said he snitched on quincy promes and is now in witness protection 😭
What difference does he make
Dw guys, he’s in witness protection. He snitched on Quincy Promes
He's dead.
Jurrien Timber, Tyrell Malacia and Lisandro Martinez. What is going on in the Eredivisie though?
He’s still young so I think it’s good if we give him plenty of time to recover & come back 100%
Hes dead
He needs to go he’s crap anyway

He died
cannot watch this video with way he's pronouncing MALASEEAH
I thought that this doctor we "stole" from Arsenal was a genius….there he goes, destroying our players one by one. What a catch!!! 🤡
I like so much your edition, great video
The 15th February update should have told Erik something but he trusted the medical team too much

Manchester United have to look for the doctors who are Manu supporters, not coming from other clubs that will not going to work well with the club
There are rumours circulating that Malacia is in touch with Quincy Promes😂
Based on the Casemiro situation, the medical staff in this club needs upgrade
That Arsenal doctor is trash
Tyrell who?
your pronounciation of his name bro……

Is it just me or why did he keep looking to his right
Hope INEOS is looking into the medical department as well.

Don't forget Regulion had some injuries while at Man Utd. We should feel blessed that Dalot has been fit and in form. Man Utd medical team is abysmal
Martinez – Told he was fit at the start of the season, plays through pain killers and ice his foot coming off. Injury gets worse.
Casemiro- No problem with hamstring, plays, injury gets worse. Instead of playing when cleared a second time, a previous specialist finds a "small injury"

In my opinion I feel it's the medical staff
Feyenoord Rotterdam
I think he was trying to get off injury quicker and in the process got addicted to drugs and struggling mentally and is in rehab

It was said when was younger he had to choose between becoming a ufc fighter and football. If he's this fragile, i think he made the right choice
Medical team out, Ten Hag In!
Sack the Medial staff. FA cup shows that Ten Hag can Manage despite injuries. United should ɓe the best at everything including medical.
something wrong with the medical facilities and staff comptency.

Not bothered really, he’s just not that good
Hes back!
Luke shaw is friends with the doctor. He paid the doctor to inject krytonite in Malacia during rehab at carrington.
Malacia vs Shaw dawn of fittness.
Malacia is a NFT
Who on Earth is Malla Seeya? United channel, at least learn how to pronounce his name before making a video.
