Dont know if its just me but cannot see us weighing out £50m+ for jwp. Personally other than his set pieces i dont know what else he brings? For that money i would rather Gallacher. For half that we could have got Bisoumma who would be a fantastic signing but obviously there is the court case thing which seems to be a grey area. Sarr would be good for our style of play, plus we are crying out for some pace!
Southampton are the most mediocre Premier league team of all time. If a team has finished in the top ten let alone qualified for Europe then they are an upgrade on The Saints.

If a £20 million CB is the biggest we can expect to come through the door then I have a bad feeling the s***s gonna hit the fan and the relationship between the fans, Moyes and GSBK is gonna turn even more sour. I’m still pissed that we let spurs get bissouma and Liverpool get Nunez, two players that would have changed our club soooooo much but no, we’re getting some random centre back no one knows and not looking for any major signings. So annoying!

I’d talk Januzaj, 100%. Watch as much La Liga as I do EPL being a Barca fan, and though I haven’t seen loads of him (as much as a WHU fan might see of a player like Lucas Moira) I still feel as though anytime I have seen him, he’s been good. The go to attacking sub for what has been a really special Sociedad team. Especially on a free, he would definitely strengthen our bench and most likely even put some pressure on Bowen and Fornals depending on how quickly he can settle in.
Would love to loan Alese to MK Dons with Liam Manning. He will play every game like Coventry did. If Cardiff promised enough playing time than being in the Championship would be better. However, I think he just really needs as much senior experience as possible, even if that means League 1.
Nandez has a rep as a defensive player. I could see him as that third CDM or being a defensive sub late in the game to see it out. Also could be a wingback option. Could give Soucek a little push. But he is short.😊

We are not a clear step up and Ward-Prowse is happy there so I reckon it would take a top 6 team to turn his head. I think we'd have to spend 5 straight seasons in the top 8 before we would be considered a step up from a mid table side.
geo…..sarr will have a lot more freedom with moyes ?? We play counter attack most of the time (even at home against some average sides). Sarr will have a role that includes a lot of closing down/running back/covering the full back….its the moyes way and the words freedom/creative/flair are dirty words !!!
