I think Ange is at least one window ahead of the curve the South Korean attacking midfielder Oh Hyeon gyu will be brought in to replace Matt O'Riley who will be off in the summer for decent money £15m plus. GG is definately off, a great signing but needs a big move at the peak of his career, who wants to be no1 striker. Both did well for us there last act will be to hand us a great profit. That Cho Gue Sung chap looks like a real opportunity to improve in the striking department, we should push the boat out for players like that rather than the classic Lawell-era penny pinching.

I'm actually surprised, Hemish, that you are not concerned that a World Cup third placed winner would leave us. Johnson will have to improve significantly to be good for us in Europe as I followed Canada during the World Cup and was shocked that we were buying him as many goals against Canada came down his side. He was at fault for Ryan Kents' goal as he stood off him too much, and even his blocking stance was rubbish he looked like he moved his body out of the way. Josip was played out of position, he is useless with his left foot, I don't think he can use that side of his brain either and he put us in many difficult positions last season in the Europa League due to wayward passes from that side because he had to shift to his right foot to make a pass and yet knowing this information Ange still played him instead of Bernabei who was bought to challenge Taylor and had him on the bench yet didn't play him. Bernabei will probably be seen as another flop when, in fact, he isn't. He just isn't being given an opportunity by one plan only, Ange, plan b? What 🤷♂️. I don't blame Josip. I blame Ange, whose decision-making for that match in general was pure rubbish, James Forrest 🤷♂️ need I say more. Josip showed what he can do in a team (Croatia) that has defensive tactical knowledge at a higher level unlike our team who can't defend at all in the Europa League or Champions League due to poor coaching by John Kennedy (Why is he still with us 🤷♂️?), continuing to play Callum McGregor as a defensive midfielder 🤷♂️ just to keep him in the team as the other midfielders are technically better and poor tactical decision-making again by Ange 🤦♂️ against a team at a higher level in our own league in comparison to the other Scottish opposition plus they are last year's Europa League runners up. Losing Josip, I believe, would only weaken a terrible defence even further. Carter Vickers showed development promise against Rangers, but if Kobayashi is any good, I hope I never see Starfelt in a Celtic jersey again. I am amazed that everyone is talking about Josip and not how rubbish Starfelt was. I will no longer praise Ange for beating Scottish opposition outside of Rangers. From now on, I recommend Celtic fans only judge him against Rangers and European opposition. So far, he is doing well against Rangers, but have they worked out how to stop Celtic playing their own game? 🤔 and if Ange's Celtic doesn't improve in Europe and Rangers out do us in the coming league fixtures and in the Cup. I think we have a manager with an eye for talent but a tactically weak coach with only one plan, attack, attack, attack….. Slow the game down, manage the game/ ball position, shift formation 🤔🤷♂️?? 🤦♂️.Not capable of European football, unfortunately, due to coaching in lower leagues, and not having the best playing career of his own, and should move on.
GG won’t be sold for anything higher then 5-7mill. Jura will be gone soon for good price. Would love to see a different formation played every now and then – 3-4-3 or both strikers up front. Sucks to see GG leave as he offers something different and is a poacher.
