      would a 700c by35 with aero wheels and a suspension fork be faster and more fun because it will cause less injury? just a thought. im thinking of getting a ritchey carbon breakaway can you review that bike please. the gravel model

      Why do some gravel bikes specifically say they are compatible with 650b and others are not ? How would a bike not be compatible ?

      Disc brakes really spoilt the good look of the bicycles. it truly is the biggest gimmick in the history of bicycles. it is really sad.

      Why not simply use a 26" Mountainbike? Industry tries to sell us concepts as "new", which have been standard in mountainbiking since the nineties. – Remember suspension-stems on gravelbikes…- Just use your 1990s MTB for offroad fun instead of buying an expensive "Gravel"-bike.

      This will be my year to finally experience the 650b feel, ordered a Ribble CGR Ti. Gotta wait at least six weeks for it to arrive, but if it’s half as good as Brittish music and bike presenters, I can’t go wrong.

      I had a similar thought about the 90's mountain bikes when I first took my Kona Rove on the trails… "this feels just like the 1993 Giant Iguana I grew up riding" Although, in the case of the Kona Rove, the bike being heavy and steel had something to do with that.

      I’m a 41 y/o reminiscent of a bygone era! Need to give 650b’s a go! Been watching a lot of videos of converting old school steel hard tails to drop handle bar gravel bikes. Just so happens I’ve got an old school mtb sitting unused….

      WTB have those tires in 700c size. That's how you have to compare 650b vs 700c, comparing exactly the same tire.

      Hello, I would like to get on my bike: Triban GRVL 520 Sram Apex 1×11 buy rims DT Swiss G 1800 Spline. And according to the manufacturer, I can use 650×47 or 700×42 Please advise, What option would you choose from my options?

      Got a Cannondale CaadX 105 SE (48/32 rings) and use it with 28/32mm 700C tires. It lets me hang with an intermediate group ride easily (16mph group). I'm looking for 650b for gravel, will run them with 47mm or 42mm tires. Only thing is that they need to be QR, so looking at Fulcrum 700 db racing (650b) plus QR adapters.

      I also have a Cervelo S2 and a P2 (rim brake with 23mm 700c tires), but find myself riding the CaadX a lot since its so sturdy and I don't have to worry much about road conditions like loose gravel or potholes. Plus with the current setup I can ride easily over grass as well. I only wish it had a dropper seat post for doing bunny hops !

      Thanks for the Vid.. very interesting and informative. One question: I am a tall (1.96) and heavy(104Kg) and my bike is with 700 wheelset, I ride a lot of off-road. 42mm tires, tubeless. and I suffer quite a bit of punctures. would a 650B set of wheels with larger diameter (say 45) have more resilience to such punctures? will love to hear your thoughts.
