The way we're gonna set up this season if u look at the South Shields game we had Le Fee and Diarra deep and Browne thr furthest forward so we obviously need a number 10 and someone like El Khannouss would be perfect, him or Fernandes from Southampton would ideal for us, Ramsdale wouldn't of been my first choice but if anything with that happens we'll at least your getting someone with experience and there is a good keeper in their it's just he's been low on confidence ever since he fell out of favour at Arsenal and eventually moving to Southampton, Jhon Lucumi is a very exciting name, it was mentioned last night, reported by a top Italian journalist and now Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that we're preparing a bid after making contact in the last 24 hours, if we get him that would be a huge statement cos he's been part of a very successful Bologna side over the past few seasons, champions league football and winning the Copa Italia last season, very experienced Columbian international, 6ft2 but a left footed CB who's apparently very good on the ball so that's your Onien upgrade and a proper partner for Ballard, still wouldn't say no to another CB but at least we're starting to move forward now with the defence and also not to long ago Granit Xhaka being mentioned, apparently we're in talks over a 10 million euro bid and the Saudi team that wanted him have pulled out, if we get the likes of Xhaka, Lucimi, El Khannouss etc then I'll be convinced that this lot want European football in our first season back in the prem 😂
GX would be an unreal signing, we are desperate for a quality shit house cm, next level and a top 6 player easy…. Fingers crossed. And the CB from Italy would be even better, he’s been one of the best cbs for 2 years, reports on him are ridiculous, quality
We need a gk two cbs with one that can hopefully play full back as cover a striker and some extra depth in midfield I think it would be good to use the loan market for a couple of players too even with options to buy
For me we need two centre backs, a keeper who isn't ramsdale, defensive midfielder and a striker at least. Couple either left or right backs. Keep the great vids pal
Deffo need a good keeper and a Striker. Patto will get peppered in PL and Wilson n Mayenda just wont get the goals week in week out. I know people wont agree but i just cant see it. PL is brutal!
