i'm a rangers supporter…..i liked cifu…….believe it or not……one of the main reasons he left was that he didnt like the weather. Fell out of favour with manager Philip Clement……….played in some big europa games for Glasgow Rangers………..good player.
Ciefuentes issue was that he didn't like the cold rainy weather that came with playing in Scotland – so god knows how we managed to pie him off to Toronto but heyho, every cloud has a silver lining and all that. Please buy him at the end of the season thx. After watching further where you asked "why Rangers let him leave with no guarantee" – it's because we made the mistake of putting him on stupid wages and he's getting ridiculous money from us for a guy who doesn't get a start against any opposition

This guy will play well for you and is a very good player, Rangers are crazy to loan him out.
Good luck with the weather in Toronto he's not a bad player but didn't fit into our physical game in Scotland
