At home yes Cardiff are strong, but away, they've only scored 2 goals in 3 matches! So i think they'll be close to play-offs at end of season. Luton or Huddersfield to win league for me!

Hi mate, Cardiff fan here, I enjoyed this appraisal, very balanced. It is early days and this start has surprised me tbh. There have been games where we’ve ridden our luck at times but what’s that saying – you make your own luck in football. On the flip side we could’ve scored more goals too. As you say let’s see where Cardiff are come mid November but you can understand Cardiff fans being very excited at the moment. It’s not just winning it’s how well BBM has got his young side playing football in such a short space of time! Long may it continue. Good luck to the Hatters this season, all the best, Andy
Totally agree with you – but the season is a marathon and not a short sprint. Lets see where they are in November but I think they will be up there in the top six at the end of the season.
Luton fan here living in South Wales amongst Cardiff fans, Cardiff are going up again, we just need to go up again with them, they are a very decent team, too good for League 1 and so are we….. Hopefully! 😂🎉
I'm not worried about other teams performances….as long as we play well,week in,week out and put a decent shift in
cardiff fan – not surprised – we hung on to a squad which was good enough to be top of the championship. we got relegated because we appointed two guys who had no idea how to manage. vincent tan is not the problem (although his insistance on keeping mehmet dalman in a football role pretty much is,). under him, we have zero financial woes, we were 8th best wage payers when relegated. tbf eyebrows have been raised because we went for youth rather than new signings. that was shrewd because we will have a war chest either for december or next summer.
BBM came in with ambitions he hasn't just set a target of getting play offs or getting promoted he wants to win the league and that's been his ambition from the start bit more than even the more realistic Cardiff fans thought but he's even exceeding our expectations

Evan James from CCFC World here, was nice to speak to you last year on the show. Us Cardiff fans are as surprised as anyone else with how well we have started but getting BBM as manager, on a 3 year deal as well, was a big enough move to convince me changes were happening
TBF, I don't think many of us (Cardiff fans) saw this start coming. We took an absolute age appointing BBM, and we all know he wasn't first choice. Everything he said about the way he wanted to play was what we wnated to hear, but saying it and doing it are two different things. We also cut a whole load of players and promoted youth. Pre-season we looked decent in spells, particularly in the first-half agaisnt QPR when we looked like prime Man City (though the game did end 2-2). Also, we've had a little luck, like you said, away at Port Vale, and against your lot a draw was probably a fair result, may at Wimbledon too, but yes, we've still picked up points. The really positive aspect is the signings of Kellyman, Trott, and Osho. Again, BBM said he was going for quality over quantity, and these signings back that up. Everything really is looking rosey. At some point, the youngsters will have a dip, and we'll see how we go then. We're also going to get caught playing out from the back a few times, but it'll be worth it.
Great round-up, agree with everything you've said. Perhaps your most important point was about the ownership. We are all still hoping for a takeover, because, yes, you are right, there is no long-term thinking at board level. Tan is a great owner in terms of finance and building club infrastructure, but he is clueless about football overall. If he put someone on the board to oversee the club as a whole, he'd be a superb owner, but at this point, he's very unlikely to change.
For now though, we're all enjoying it very much.
Fair play this is decent content, can tell you've put effort into this and know your stuff. I only "sub" to 4 Chanels as I like to keep my content pretty strict but I'm surprised you're not getting more views and interaction overall because you've got a good knack for creating watchable content.
