Bastoni is good… i've read somewhere that the prize money for finishing 4th is around £140 m so hopefully we'll spend some and spend well. A couple in the weekend for Sonny will really end it up nice for me. 😊. COYS

We have a fair few average players who have done a job for us recently. Davies, Dier, Royal, Sanchez, Moura.

I'm afraid to say, all these lovely pie in the sky foreign transfers are simply not going to happen because of our lack of Home Grown Players. We can only have 19 foreigners in our UEFA listed squad – and Eric Dier, Matt Doherty, Ben Davies and Joe Rodon don't count as home grown. Skipp and Sess will count from next season (as they will be over 21), as does Jack Clarke – but one assumes we won't be keeping him?
It will take a few years (with the right investment) to build a squad on par with Liverpool or MC. In the meantime, Conte has shown that average players can play within his system. The problem with Spurs has been consistency from week to week – win at MC and then lose to Burnley. Knowing that Levy will not be going on a shopping spree, it is not conceivable that the club will spend the required amounts to significantly upgrade the squad this summer since the invoice has come due for Romero and Kulu. I would hold pat with the defense for another year while investing in a backup striker, a true #10 and a wing back. Too hope for more is an illusion and Levy will also be looking for a decent ROI for the deadwood players who will end up giveaways to free up the payroll.
I saw something today saying that lewandowskis agent has contacted Tottenham to discuss a transfer. Let's just say that was one of the best laughs I had in a while.

Knowing who we are and what we're accustomed to I don't think any of us will relax until we're 3 or 4 Nil up, if that happens. Let's hope Levy has some divine intervention and brings in some of the players that Conte wants and not the so called investment purchases, which never are. These players won’t cost us an arm or leg and some of them are on the free. We need a strong bench to compete hence why I named some of the players.
We can sell winks, lo celso, lazy Ndombele, Doherty, Bergwein or add them in the deal to bring other players. Desperately need a good striker to play alongside Kane or give him rest and Mitrovich the hitman is perfect for that role and we can be a force with them 2 in our attack.
We do need a creative midfielder and Isco would be perfect from Madrid if we can get him in.
People might think I’m crazy but we can bring most of the players I mentioned and won’t cost us much if we sell our deadwood.
