I remember him from his days at Catania where half the starting 11 were Argentinian and his talent was evident and he shone brighter than the stadium lights. What a fantastic performer and leader.

Three months later and things couldn't be more different. Atalanta is struggling in Serie A and Gomez is on his way out. I hope I'm wrong but as it stands Atalanta may not be the same come February 2021.
