  1. Ange has built himself a reputation for being a rebuilder of Football Clubs. He actually revels in the task of rebuilding a team and likes the thankless early morning training sessions where everyone is doubting him.

Ange will only go to the EPL when the following conditions arise:

    1. The club must be in crisis
    2. The club is willing to hand Ange the keys
    3. The fans are happy for Ange to clear out the playing squad
    4. The club is bigger than Celtic and the means to buy a squad that Ange wants.

Until all of the above happen then Ange will stay at Celtic and concentrate on doing something in Europe with them.

  2. In the absence of an extraordinary offer Ange will be away at the end of next season. He has been consistent throughout his career, 3 years and then he moves. Just enjoy him 🍀💚

  3. Before any top 6 elite EPL club will coming calling on Ange he has to prove himself with big player ego's and signings, bit of a difference with a £5million and £50 million dud!

  4. I might be pulling this right out ma arse, but I'm sure JJ had a £7M buy out clause in his contract. So unless there's a bidding war between a few clubs, £10M in January is decent money for him. When you consider we've already got another 1st team RB, that the manager loves, at the club (2 if we include Hatate😂) and then we've brought in another RB that was playing really well in the WC, before the window even opened, this is a great bit of business!
I think AJ and AR, given their young age and attributes that fit well into Ange's inverted system, will go on to become better than Jura.

If the other lot hadn't wasted money on a centre-half made out of Weetabix that were already soggy, £4/5M on a Turkish LB that cant oust Barisic and struggles to make the bench, a RW who's legs are faster than his brain (to name but a few of the shite signings scouted by a guy Celtic got rid of, for a reason, clearly), had been winning things, were run properly and lived within their means, then they might've had more money to spend.
They've also got a winger and a striker who's contracts are about to run out and, if their fans and totally unbiased media are correct, could've brought in transfer funds in the region of £50M to £100M between them…..

  5. Brilliant discussion yet again gents. Especially around the inept refereeing performances. I agree a total clearout is required, but then that would mean breaking up the exclusive private members club. If VAR can be achieved remotely, can we not ask English professional referees to do it, at least for a season to add some much needed expertise.

  6. The Beale/money thing is more complicated than 'Aye we did spend money, we had more cash'.

Go to transfermarkt and check the 2020/21 squad compared to Ange's 2021/22 squad. Barely a survivor.

Loan recalls, loaned out players, sales, contracts scrapped.

How do you play a game of football with 8 players? You don't.

You use the budget inflated by those sales and freed up wages and you go buy players. We spent money because we had to, because we sold and released a shit ton of players.

On the other side, Beale came in to a squad that were a season after winning a league and getting to a European final. Didn't need to spend AND because of Gerrard's mismanagement, the budget was low because Sevco have been pushing FFP rules since their inception in 2012 saved by the sale of their 2 best players: Bassey and Aribo.

Imagine a club pretending to be a club that died breaking the bank to steal trophies off their rivals talking about finances and fairness. Scottish fitbaw, eh?

Reeks of the right wing strategy of accusing your opponents of that which you are guilty of…

    *Tories talking about Labour antisemitism
*Tories talking about SNP being nationalists – national means born in a country, nationalism is political ideology, the SNP are the Scottish NATIONAL Party not the Nationalist
*Trump calling people all things he is e.g. crooked Hillary
*Herr Goebbels explaining this at the 1931 Nuremberg rally.

  7. Ange will want to make us look good in the CL before he goes. Either the board backs him in the summer window and we start getting CL worthy players in, or this won't happen at all.

  8. Going to be interesting what happens at the Club World cup where IFAB are trailing where if there is a VAR decision the Referee will explain via the stadium tannoy system why the decision was made one way or another…. The Portuguese league are also talking about implementing this…. In Scotland I believe that a journo claimed that this would cause problems… Wonder why???

  9. The biggest clue from Ange regarding his future was in an annoying presser after a Champions League Game. He replied after unnecessary criticism "if we had a performance like that after four or five seasons playing in Champions League you would have a point." What will drive Ange away earlier is the frustration of the anti-football SPFL. The boredom of playing the same dross four times a season. Alarm bells must be ringing when a team from the league below us brings biggest away crowd during Ange's tenure at Paradise. We as a club must use this time to not only improve our team. There is an opportunity to change our league football for generations; and Ange's time here must be about changing the game overall!

  10. Leeds already have dabbled with a US native coach with no UK coaching credentials. I think Ange actually has more runs on the board personally, so I can't see why one of the EPL clubs wouldn't look to him at some point. The thing is, often a lot of the jobs come up mid season when clubs are in trouble, the transfer window is closed and there is no time to coach brave new and advanced systems of playing. The clubs really need survival experts, who are good at coaching stuff in no time flat, like parking the bus and playing on the break. I could see in Lampard's last few games, he seemed to revert to this style of game and not the one he was used to playing during his career. Maybe vacancies could come at decent sized clubs with a bit of money, like Everton, Leeds, Crystal Palace, Aston Villa or Wolves maybe. There is a lot of mediocrity in the EPL this year and I think a lot of clubs will be biting their collective nails, come the end of the season.

  11. Pundits/ ex players can't be bitching about refs being inconsistent but support the refs changing the handball "rule" half way through a season! The standard was set after O'Reilly's penalty! Change it at the end of the season, not during the 2nd half of the season were every point could termine a league, Cup, europe places and relegation

  12. This should be the way. Any player hitting 28-29 either signs on for a long final contract where they are likely to take a cut in the last two years or we sell for the max value we can.

  13. Love your chat but the ads are driving me fucking mental. Didn't watch the whole video. Reluctantly unsubscribing but might return if/when I'm happy with only being viewed as an ad target.

  14. Ange will only go to a club mid season if they are guaranteed to stay up as he needs months to bed in his style and a couple of transfer windows.

  15. Ange departing Celtic is inevitable, sadly. When Pep leaves City is when we should start to worry. No Moyes leaving West Ham or Lampard leaving Everton…

  16. Beale is not good at math, he's either ignorane or not very smart. Ange has been very lucky in the last 25 years to win 4 national titles in Australia where there is a salary cap, got Australia to the world cup twice, won Australia only trophy the Asian Cup and won tiltles in Japan and Scotland. Come to think of it only an ignorance idiot would say Ange is lucky.

  17. "Klopp's current contract with Liverpool is set to run until the summer of 2026. The announcement was made on April 28, 2022 that he would extend his stay for a further two years."

  18. what ever anyone commentator, says goin is as good as easy coming in simple as plus to better yourself money, trophies better players, he asks the board for as no manager whoever is he stay with just the one club simple as ok,,,

  19. yous pundits dont play dont manage yous just say and your comments dont mean nothing if yous dont get in a managers mind so why do yous try it its a waste of tim yous will never no whats in ange, s mind simple as ok,,

  20. yous talk till the coo, s come home if yous dont ask its a hard task, future, s go forward a d and the past doesnt last ange is his own board and he, s the only one that rides that board surfin away till this day so take the coos back to the barn,, haha

  21. i wouldn have comments on your show as yous didnt talk about the subject yous were suppose to talk about as wasnt it about ange, s future stay or go what were yous talkin about all other things so just answer the f,, king, question, haha

  22. Can't underestimate the effect the Scot celtic guys had on him back in his playing days he's truly living his dream now and he has unfinished business in the CL …my reckoning he'll be at paradise for 4 seasons …depending on how it all progresses … he's not your normal money hungry type

  23. Lads i love listening too your show , to give you a laugh i am a undertaker and i drive the
Hearse and i have your voices over the speaker, so its not just me who likes it

  24. GG defo a goalscorer, perfect target man with a great one touch finish, and a good signing at the time under the circumstances however… under Anges system its the pressing, hard work off the ball and winning possession in the front third thats required. This is why kyogo's been starting,.. the accumulation of work off ball across the whole team is a nightmare for the opposition. GG has been very unlucky, he could be a top striker in another system. Oh is a young version of Kyogo, hard working and aggressive with time on his side to develop under Anges tutelage… the rush to build a team in a limited timeframe is over, Ange is now being more steadfast in his search for players that fit the system profile… Its good news for celtic fans, Ange is still building and bringing in youngsters to develop.. he'll stick around for the course, giving him at least 4 years to see through the Celtic project.. the ultimate goal of course to give the giants of europe a run in a few years as his young squad peaks.
