Stupid referee. Continually & needlessly jumping in early in the fight to stop the infighting sequences – & when he was actually needed to stop the fight after the first knock down, he let Kobayashi continue & almost got him killed.
Terrible ref..clearly the fighter was NOT in good enough condition after the knockdown to continue, but he let him get up three times, and gave the poor guy 2 chances to get seriously injured…horrible.

それ程威力のあるパンチには見えないのですが、タイミング・角度共に十分なパンチだったのでしょう。

これTVで見ました。 糸人形が崩れ落ちるかのようなKO劇。ゴメスのショートフックの凄まじさよ
強かったサラテが年下のゴメスに負け、そのゴメスも年下のサンチェスに負けた 新旧交代 時代は繰り返す
この頃中坊でTV観戦しました。
あっけない幕切れに小林何やってんだと思いましたが、その後ゴメスはカルロスサラテを破り17連続KO防衛を果たす名王者になるのだからこの結果も仕方ないと納得しました。
しかし昔のボクサーはすごい世界チャンピオンに挑戦してて勇敢です。
この頃、階級下のスーパーチャンピオンが、１階級上げるだけで上の階級のチャンピオンには簡単には勝てれなかった、サラテはゴメスに通用せず、このゴメスもサンチェスには通用しなかった。
今の複数階級チャンピオンが輩出されやすくなったのは、当日計量が前日計量に変わったからとの分析もあるが理由はよくわからない。
この頃、グラブも小さいし１５ラウンド制でボクサーにとって今よりはるかに過酷な時代だった。
