It's all about management… Teams don't have facilities and don't have staff to assist these players helping them with how to manage themselves like we have in foreign teams. The money is also not enough for them to personally hire people to help them out. I won't blame them much. Even though they have a duty to take care of themselves, the system is not suitable. Bog example is how most of these Europeans don't survive because of the shift in culture (Dele Alli, Greenwood, Ravel Morrison etc ) . Let's be real, the players need help
