Despite being an Arsenal fan I'll never knock Eric Dier for going to the stands to confront who was abusing his family. Maybe due to the internet too many people think they can say what they want without consequences but once you bring that into the real world, into reality some people do not play to your rules and words can create actions when they are so abusive. Credit to Jose for standing with Eric too.

Eric should be banned for life from football stadiums, if a fan enters the field of play he gets a banning order, a paying supporter has the right to let players know they weren't good enough but long as there's no abuse, hate crime or violence then players have to take the good with the bad. If they don't like fans saying they were crap put the families in different part of the stadium
