  1. Just a shame how josh Sargents time has ended at my club,a fit josh is a asset 2 anyone, but he picked up his fair share of injuries, but for 3 years we had a good goal tally, when he first came here he didn't start that well but when he hit the ground running he was some striker well worth 20 million plus, now we need 2 sort of striking situation out from now until the end of the season,2 be without makama, toure, and Sargent sold us a big hole 2 fill, kvistgarden has done well last couple of games but for me 2 get back up we need another striker who is a free agent ready 2 go now, fit and hungry 2 do a job for Ncfc 💛💚🇬🇫👍💰

  2. Glad to see him coming to Toronto. He's a great player. We've tended to have good luck with high profile US men's team players (eg Bradley, Altidore) here in Toronto, hopefully he comes in with a good attitude and isn't a prima donna like our last couple of foreign designated players.

  3. Extremely well dealt with by all at Norwich on this Josh Sargent saga! 🔰🔰🔰🔰🔰🔰 They have excelled at extracting the best possible price out of this situation. Such a shame that Josh's agency gave him such poor advice which has shredded his legacy. Will be interesting to see what he does at Toronto and whether he makes the USA World Cup Team? My guess is this: There will be SO MUCH pressure on him now to perform, being the most expensive MLS transfer ever, that he will ultimately fail for both teams. I see another big injury for him, simply because he'll be trying too hard to impress, and he'll be a closely 'marked-target' in every game – bound to suffer from heavy 'tackles' now! Good luck Josh… your'e gonna need it!

  4. PC proves yet again, that he's a thoroughly decent human being and a man of integrity. That's a rare commodity, even amongst managers/head coaches. To have him and also Mark Attanasio in a similar mould I believe, the club is very fortunate right now. Clement/Attanasio is a dream team, that could take us a long way. Here's hoping 🤞
Glad the saga has ended now. It's a shame how it happened, but that's life. Sargent was a top player when on form, but he always seems to have a big injury just around the corner. Time will tell on that one.
    OTBC! 💛💚

  5. We are extremely lucky to have the calibre of Philippe as our head coach, how he speaks very openly about what he expects from his players is a breath of fresh air, some of our previous head coaches didn’t seem to have the experience or ability.

  6. If our recruitment team spend this £20 million – on £10 million for a Crnac, £6 million for a Jurasek, £4 million for Topic – you may as well have given him away. Whether it’s recruitment, the physios, or Knapper, make no mistake Clement’s success is in spite of the club best efforts to the contrary. We need a summer clean out desperately.

  7. Yes he was a great player for us and many of us thought it wouldn’t end like this as he seemed a loyal player. Kids adored him, mascots favourite players were 90% Josh Sargent so I hope he realises what he had, what this club did for him and how his time here will be remembered for how it ended, not what he did on the pitch now. Shame all round and when he looks back I hope he and his agents realise their mistakes.
