Yet he was still being picked by MON and it was obvious he was Sh1t3 total insult to Viljami Sinisalo
The medical team have a lot to answer for this season. Took them nearly 1 year to treat Kasper's shoulder, players were popping their hamstring's left right and centre at one point. They also made AJ's injury worse by declaring him fit to play against Kairat Almaty, after 20 mins he pulled his hamstring again and had to miss the rest of the season.
I’m extremely annoyed both Celtic allowed him to play and Kasper himself for playing..
Disgraceful. Starting an injured keeper over Sini is an absolute joke.
And also, I’m not buying that.. you don’t need a professional to tell you you’ve separated the peck muscle from your chest, and that your shoulder is absolutely destroyed… you f-ing know, that’s just putting words to it. He will of known the extent of this injury.. yet continued to play and give our club underwhelming performances…
Love the guy, but his time was up after that game with Denmark.
Difficult to imagine that you would not know about a dislocated shoulder and torn bicep for 6 weeks and it required a Consultant to tell you.
Had a brilliant first season, but was rushed back way to quickly at the end of last season and that's where the decline and mistakes started. Ultimately the 3 managers we've had in the last year shouldve known not to play a clearly injured player in arguably the most important position on the pitch, and Kasper shouldve put his own ambitions to the side and have the surgery done sooner, instead of sabotaging himself and his teammates.
Sad way to end it, but Celtic have a younger and currently better upcoming goalkeeper who's earned his opportunity, and hopefully another goalie will come in aswell. Always admired Kasper but he shouldve got surgery 9 months ago, not now when he's finished.

Surely if you find out he’s injured rest him till he’s better and not make things worse like we did with Johnston Osmand Iheanacho and Saracchi

You can be sympathetic while also acknowledging that. Many questions to be asked of the Fitness team, manager and club.
Why was he allowed to play.
Was getting injections in his shoulder to play, shouldn't have been happening, bad injury but playing with a mangled shoulder isn't wise.
Will reiterate we all feel the same re kasper and wish him well and sad that perhaps he won't play professional football again.However its one thing pushing thru "certain" injuries that you can work off however with the access to medical care he has he would have been aware of what was going on in his shoulder.. so why did he elect to play on and why did the coaching staff also allow it ? It wasnt like we didnt have a capable stand in. As fans on the terrace and watching on tv we knew he was struggling he admitted something was wrong but continued so you could say he was partly responsible for doing more damage to the shoulder by playing on when clearly he should never have been in between the sticks So again who was making the decisions here?

I don't blame Kasper for doing everything he could to play and be at the best possible.
Tbh, that's what I expect or dare I say even DEMAND of Celtic players.
It's not his job to determine if him playing at 80% is the best option, b/c maybe it is the best option…

The minute any player is injured the is assessed why wasn't this done with casper ? I blame the club for not checking the problem, puts new light on why some players injuries return instantly, complete incompetence throughout the club which needs to be rebuilt from the very top to the very bottom
