Altidore was one of the reasons “arrogance” was a part of the former US team men’s team…among others…which is why the team inevitably failed. Bring in confident, yet humble & hardworking players, who want to learn…don’t bring back players who failed the system to motivate player. Maybe learn from the England squad who rebuilt a non-traditional way and it got them far into the World Cup.
Too early to tell, but there's definitely potential to do well against the big European Teams in the future.

Don't agree we need every top forward out there to compete tooth and nail for that starting position. This will breed intensity and set a new tone for this camp . these two both have talent and experience despite the old teams previous performance.

I don't care. I am still excited about Morris, Wood, Altidore, Bradley, Green and what's his name that pulled a muscle because he is so fast Joe Gau or something. I am also excited about all the new guys as well. Hopefully we can field a team that can play well together and qualify this time.
