There' pressure on both, but more pressure is on McVay. Stafford has already proven himself as a top 10 QB and we know how good he is. It's no coincidence that his first year on a halfway decent team, he's in the super bowl. That alone speaks to how good he is. McVay has to come up big here.

She clearly doesn’t understand the full logistics of why Goff couldn’t work anymore for the Rams and only sees what’s on the surface of Goff playing in a SB for the Rams (not getting us there) and then trading him because of an unforeseen and massive regression in his two seasons after the SB appearance
