Akwasi appear has learnt on the job over years and have learnt his lessons. The fact that you have a "degree" doesnot make you an expert. You need to go through some learning on the job.

Kwasi Appiah is the best bet. All your fantasies about foreign coaches are just not realistic. Kwasi Appiah knows the terrain and the players hence will require short time unlike any foreigner you are pushing for
Kwesi Appiah is the wrong person for the Ghana job at this time. Get Michael Essien or some young inexperienced coach. Such coaches are hungry and and are ready to work hard and make a name for themselves. If Ghana really want a high profile coach, then hire Jurgen Klopp, the former Liverpool coach.

Getting rid of Otto Addo was a terrible decision with two months to the World Cup. Otto Addo qualified the Black Stars for the World Cup. It is going to be a disaster for the Ghana black stars. They are in a tough group. You hadn’t secured a coach but fired the one you have. Good luck all the same🙏

This up coming coaches in the local league don't have any foreign exposure the league is not been promoted to give them that exposure so in this case it will be very difficult for a club outside ghana to appoint our local coaches ❤
