Im sure this ref is 100 times better than PL ref's… you can tell he's not ego driven, fair, and commincates in the appropriate languages without making a big deal.

This kind of footage puts refereeing into a whole new perspective. Players shouting at this man all the time and he keeps his cool and explains everything. Also admits when he didn’t see something and asks the captain of the team whether the saw anything or not. I love this!

The ref POV is fantastic. What's not fantastic is the amount of disrespect that gets thrown at the ref during the match (Musiala was great, so was Kimmich).
I am not against communication between ref and players – I think that's great. But arguing and demanding decisions should never be a thing. Leave that to the team captain. I know it has always been that way and it used to be worse but we're not there yet. Football really needs to change. It's possible in Rugby, why not in football?
