Jesse Marsch will be the next USMNT coach….its been all but telegraphed to everyone. If not Marsch, then someone very dynamic that can get more out of the group and know how to mix the talent on the pitch a little better.
They should recruit someone with tactical masterclass. This US team has potential, they just can not read the game accordingly which needs to come from Coach.

we got past the group stage with only 2 measly goals one win and 2 draws and the draws were games we should have won and the first time we face a mid team like Netherlands Gregg got exposed for being a high school coach any American fan who thinks we succeeded you aren't a real fan or American for that matter anyone with a set of eyes expected this result hopefully gregg and his braindead brother at USSF will be long dead from this organization by then and we can have a real coach for the first time in our history
Berhalter should keep the team until 2026. By then Marsch will have proved himself in Europe or not, and will be ready to take the job.
Berhalter may want a club of his own, but I can't foresee any better hire. I don't want to start over with a new unknown coach, and the people that want him out don't realize the likely replacement is someone like Cherundolo.
The united States is developing good players, that are being signed by clubs in every major league and they are performing well in many cases. But the coaching sucks, and until we start developing good coaches, the situation will not improve. Anything less than a quarterfinal is an abject defeat. This coach has got to go
Gregg needs to go – a club gig would be good for him and for the national team. this group of lads is good, and with adding a few new faces/players, we can be better. The USSF should hire somebody of a superior pedigree, honestly a bit better than JK – spend the money give the man some guarantees and see what he can do in 26. Until we see what we can do with a really super quality coach, we will never know.
Our players are all over Europe on elite teams and competing with the best. That's the level they are on. They deserve a manager that can do the same competing with the best in the world. Berhalter is not that.
Usa Needed a better coach 10 years ago before the joke coach arena and this last coach. Bring Marcelo bielsa or someone similar , this USA team need a fight spirit. But who knows what clown is next.
Berhalter is out of his dimension, the USMNT is too good for him. You can't expect to go far in the World Cup with a coach who's best experience is in the MLS. The fact that he left Jordan Pefok off the team is criminal.
Not a coach for the USA, his style would be ok back in the early 2000’s and until we change our mentality and domestic league to a real format with relegations that will feed the football in America with talent we will never grow in this sport. We are not better than the 94’ squad.
I mean…US tied england…. but only 1 win this world cup… against Iran. Not really a great achievement. I would say the result is more about the luck of the draw then coaching. Sorry, but a new coach is probably the best moving forward.

I blame this loss on Frank Leboeuf since he picked the US to win.

He is tactically inept. The team is all over the place. There is no gameplan and defensively he is terrible.

I think he at his best is just ok. The U.S. needs and deserves a better coach to take them to the next level.

All 3 Holland goals were preventable with some basic football skills and game knowledge.
1) Mark the players, don't get lost watching the ball
2) Keeper should not make catastrophic mistakes when in possession of the ball
3) Don't put the shortest number 9 against the tallest defense
4) Don't panic when in one to one situation with a keeper. Stay cool and score.
5) Shoot at the goal more often. You can't score if you don't shoot.
6) When recruiting new players consider working class kids, not only the rich…
p.s. Game against England was rigged. The two coaches are good friends in personal life…

Actually, if u watch the Match playing Netherlands, the USA had MOST of the POSSESSION of the Ball; and the USA had a LOT of Chances at GOAL.
BUT as USUAL, the USMNT cannot FINISH, and Score Goals !
