In the race yesterday, in China, Samukonga came around the bend in the lead, but was run down by that incomparable closing speed of Busang Kebinatshipi.. I would like to see Samukonga find a way of using less energy flailing out his arms, especially down the sprint. If you look at Faith Kipyegon, the greatest 1500m runner in history, you will find that she has a very efficient carriage; she tucks in her arms to minimise the energy they expend. …. Muzala is only 23 so he has some ways to go before he peaks athletically
