Spot on, Ms. Simons. Everyone who opposes separation needs to vote, sending an emphatic response to these people who believe that it will be honey and roses, alabaster and cream with the rest of Canada. Perhaps they were too far removed from the Quebec referendums (referenda) or memories are short, but there were indications that a yes vote (to separate) would have meant very tense and tough negotiations. I would think the same would happen. The amount of disdain for Central Canada from Alberta would be certainly thrown back west.
The idea of encouraging all to get out and vote is the important tactic.
