Coming from England, Barcelona were not the main team I supported, but in my mind they have always been the greatest and as a kid, Enrique was one of my favourite players due to his cool tenacity. Though often overlooked in my Country and undeservedly so because he was truly a complete all-rounded player.
Barcelona plays the beautiful game and their football philosophy has often led the way, not like those fickle scumbags Real. The Catalans have the greatest legends and Enrique in the 90's was one of the players to introduce me to their great heritage. The Camp Nou is also quite spectacular. I envy those who can see their team there every week.

Jugador completo y polivalente para adaptarse a todas las posiciones del campo sin contar de portero y defensa central, aunque donde se le sacaba más rendimiento era en ataque. Siendo diestro, manejaba las dos piernas perfectamente, hacía de todo un poco y era un goleador sin ser delantero centro. De los mejores rematadores de cabeza.

Pues falta un gol pues es el que me quedó en mi memoria ..en el camp Nou contra el Racing de Santander,yo creo que el año fue 98,99 o 2000 como muy tarde ..un centro desde la izquierda y Luis Enrique la engancha de volea desde el borde del àrea y golazo..y al final del partido un periodista le preguntó por el gol..y el comentara a veces la metes y otras veces la mandas al tercer anfiteatro!!!😂🤣😂.grande Lucho

Faltan los dos goles que le marcó al C.F. Extremadura en la temporada 1996-97 y el que le marcó en la temporada 1998-99, todos en Almendralejo. Sospecho que faltarán más, y creo que un canal oficial del FC Barcelona debería haber sido más preciso con los datos de sus futbolistas.
