Title is for Larry Wheels, but he couldn't even lift it high enough on his attempt. I wouldn't understand the logic on setting the title for someone who couldn't lift beyond his chest.

Larry couldn't hold a legit strongman's jock. He didn't pursue it, because he's smart enough to know he couldn't hang with the big boys. His frame couldn't support a lengthy, injury free career.
