I think doing egg whites and lean meat is kind of defeated by using Pam. You're adding in a bunch of unhealthy omega-6 fats. Get yourself some avocado oil spray. It handles high heat well, tastes about the same, and is a way healthier fat.
Food looks really tasty. I would try to incorporate some more fruits and veggies especially some leafy greens (spinach, collard greens, and kale).
Pam and other crap oils kill (healthy) gut bacteria making it not very optimal for absorbing the nutrients that you eat.
Less Pam= more nutrition from what your already eating.
