  1. thanks for another great video. As a newbie to PED's (under 1 year) i have to agree, learning about all these aspects of bodybuilding is the biggest draw for me, and the experimentation is more of a motivator for using PED's than the visual result is. That being said, I have a medical education background, reasonably good understanding of pharmacology and endocrinology, and 15 years of training natty, and have done 4 full blood panels in the last year (2 natty, 2 on). I would not recommend people use PED's without having someone knowledgeable easily accessible for advice on safer usage practices. We're also super lucky these days in that you could watch 100 hours of vigorous steve, MPMD, leo & longevity, IJBB, Dave Crossland etc…and have a pretty good understanding of how to do the basics reasonably safely (not that this is ever "safe").

  2. I'm 32 weeks out from my first show. I hired a coach, and it hasn't taken the fun out of. It's actually funner as you are pushing your limits harder than ever. Now they haven't said anything about ped's. Which I haven't asked either. I'm on trt already, but still, that's the part I'd like to know about personally.
Either way, I am seeing results, so I am not sure how important it is. But being an older guy (41) I just want to kick ass locally.

  3. Depends on the coach, if youre hiring doctor 200mcg of t3 and 1g of tren in the gym locker room youre probably better off coaching yourself😂

  4. Scott! Seriously…..tren cattle pellets in the bum…..yes or no? Btw I’m one of Skips clients and I’m too shy to ask him. 🤫

  5. question for the next show: Pros and Cons of injection slin and GH i.m. vs. into the fat. With slin I noticed a much faster release when injecting it pre workout into the muscle. When we want to use gh pre cardio it would make sense to inject it i.m. as well correct?! Your thoughts?

  6. i have never had a coach been competing for 40 years it's a modern phenomenon problem is every one and there dog is a coach just because they did a show what the fuck do they know
they use some generic programme of the net what if you are diabetic have autoimmune disease digestive issues they don't have a fucking clue.Yry it yourself learn from your mistakes. To many people hire some fuckwit so they can blame him when they come in shit rant over

  7. Macadamia nuts – are the highest level of Omega 7. These nuts are crack but also are packed in healthy fats. Also can help with modulating lipids to better ranges.

  8. Drs are awful. The advice I got for gyno was to take Tylenol if I was bothering me. "Dr the only way that's going to fix the issue is if i take the whole bottle".

  9. At his level of bodybuilding, a coach could be someone with good experience in bodybuilding and competition that is not per se a bodybuilding coach.

  10. Good morning guys ! I think having someone who can objectively critique your progress from an outside perspective is an absolute advantage over an individual own judgement or regimen, routine to increase performance as opposed to someone own methods most of the time. There are exceptions, but I would say the sooner you can get quality guidance and/or even feedback the better. I hope everyone is doing well today ! 💪🏻💯

  11. Another way without a coach could be using trained by JP paid forum. A wealth of knowledge and multiple coaches answering your questions daily. You could potentially complete an entire prep using that resource, from what I’ve seen (I’ve never personally competed so correct me if I’m off there fellas).

  12. Hey this was my question! Thank you guys so much! Big thanks to Andrew for taking time to talk to me about this as well.

  13. Vince Gironder was coaching before Chris Aceto was born. But your program was written with a quil and a bottle of ink. Your diet probably said steak and eggs, eat until full twice a day. Take 60 liver tablets throughout the day. All written in old English style running writing. Progress pics took a month to get developed. The wild stack was liver tablets with free form amino acids and B vitamins 😉👍

  14. This is really the best show you guy's do with exception of only when doc Scott is on but these are really good shows every time 💪💪

  15. Hey thanx for all the knowledge
Whats your advice for back to back a competition
First is lockal show two weeks later is npc pro qualifier classic physique
    ❤❤

  16. Has anyone here used Pharma grade Anadrol? If so, how does anapolon Anadrol compare to a UGL Anadrol? Would the difference be as pronounced as much as pharma grade Anavar compared to a good lab tested UGL Anavar?

    Thank you

  17. why not take statins? its like imposssible to run anavar and not have your hdl tank

  18. I got 3rd out of a huge class. Middle weight bodybuilding. In my first show. Without a coach. I would have won but I had no idea how to pose. I went on to win the open a bunch of times without a coach.

  19. 5mg Enzitimibe and 10mg Lipitor a day with some Telmisartan with plenty of fiber a bit of fish oil and coq10 and 6 days cardio cardio you should be good with cholesterol. .
