I prefer a fresh recruit, but Mia will only get blue chip recruits when we start winning. Richt really screwed us on 2019 recruiting class. But I think we'll win this yr an regroup with our 2020 class. Go Canes
As for transfers or recruits I prefer both depending on the status of the team. The Canes are still recovering from lack of depth and experience so transfers are beneficial when trying to win 10/11/12 games right away/ Afterwards your depth and recruiting will improve then you want need as many transfers if team doesn't lose a lot to NFL and transfers of it's own. So until we get 3 deep then transfers, transfers, transfers as long as we see 11/12 wins on the field and ACC championships. GO CANES !!!
Prefer Recruits, but at this stage with the lack of recruits, transfers are the way to go. Hopefully we win many more games next year, and the recruits will come.
A 3 star kid with experience is almost as good as a 5 star freshman. They fill in the depth & holes, bring on competition with teaching different techniques to others. It's a short term relief to problems & it doesn't hurt to have better players. Go Canes!!!
I would prefer an original Miami recruit because we can mold them….get them to play for more than a year or two. The problem is we have no choice right now due to the fact we have had so many decommits. Best transfer right now is Tate Martell.
I prefer new young talented south Florida recruits to be honest. But, when they turn their back on their hometown, and leave for the pretty girl, we have to find talent SOMEWHERE. The portal is a means to an end for when the local guys don't give a shit about the program, or trying to build something special.
You asked about Dallas Crawford on the video. I actually watched him play for the Canes. He started out as an RB his first two years, then switched to DB and special teams his last 2 years. Much better DB that a RB. Thinking he'll probably be in some defensive coaching capacity.
Very excited about Dallas Crawford being on the staff, I would prefer a fresh prospect, more years of eligibility and you were their first choice for a school when you really had the first chance to go play college football, doesn’t mean I’m not loving portal U and it’s going to be huge for us, all these transfers Diaz is bringing in are awesome!!! Can’t wait to kick Florida’s ass
Transfers are good this year to help fill the gaps we have. Over time we will have to get more HS guys in but that will be easier IF we can win on the field.
Breaking news! Peyton Matocha committed tonight! Not jumping the gun on thie one! It is official! Finally a nice freshman recruit at QB! Here's the Rivals.com confirm: https://miami.rivals.com/
I’m most excited about Tommy Kelly I think Phillips is talented but we will see where his head is at I know he’s excited about Miami music program, I love the Dallas Crawford hire it’s a under rated hire

Look out for a 3rd transfer from UCLA, Collin Samuel
I really want Phillips. As always great show bro. Go canes!
With the defense we have we would be unstoppable with a good offense

I prefer players straight out of high school. Since cmr couldn't get any recruits in the transfer portal has saved us
Bro.. you lost credibility when you referred to losing Mahoney as a negative.. dude was garb
