  1. 1 ex – 10 reps 3sets
    2 ex – 10 reps 2 sets
    3 ex – 30 reps 2 sets
    It would surely work if you put efforts in it! Also don't forget to plan you diet :
    Eat more proteins (non veg) –
    fish,
    chicken
    eggs
    (veg.)
    Green Peas. (Mtter)
    Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
    Yogurt. ( Can try dahi they both are different but give same benefits )
    Almonds (dry fruits like akhrot, badaam, makhane, sogy, etc)
    Soybeans (raajma)
    Chickpeas (white choole)
    Sprouted Moong Dal
    Milk (doodh)

    Try to avoid fats like
    Ghee
    Butter
    That sit drink lots of water you could have a flat belly!

  2. Im gonna do this for a week and will update after if it works or not

    Edit: update it's day two and now it hurts when I do it so I think that means it's working

    Edit:2 it's been a week well like more igs and I don't see a difference that much but my stomach has gotten a bit flatter so I recommend doing this for two weeks
