  2. Had a baby in 2020 then got into the best shape of my life with a different fitness influencer. Could never do your workouts because they KILLED ME. Had another baby in 2022 and waited 10 months to start working out again (oops). Realize my old fitness girl wasn't challenging enough so I tried you again. After following your workouts 5-6 days a week for about a month, I feel strong, have lost 5 pounds and am already seeing results. Can't wait to see where my body gets by the end of spring! Also, my almost 3 year old daughter LOVES to watch your videos. She even works out with me sometimes. We call you our workout angel. Thanks Pamela!
